Here at ARGF we offer a variety of sporting services to allow everyone to experience and achieve at their chosen sport. Our focus is to give everyone the opportunity to learn and become the person they want to be. We encourage cross-training and experiences with all participants given individual programs to allow them to succeed.

We arrange all activities in a safe and friendly environment for all ages and abilities. We offer both blocks of 10 week classes and Training Camps.

The sports and activities we can offer to our students include:

• Aesthetic Group Gymnastics
• Rhythmic Gymnastics
• Surfing – taught by Television Personalities from Bondi Rescue
• Swimming
• Tennis
• Netball
• Soccer
• Hiking/Bush Walking

ARG also offers limited work experience with Australian Native Animals at a Zoo. These are specialised programs that can be arranged individually with ARG.
